Jerepage operates a NO REFUND policy for all Non luxury items.
Items sold can only be returned for resale via Jerepage sale platform in which case the buyer becomes the seller and transaction shall be subject to Seller/ Jerepage Consignment terms and condition. Click here to start selling with Jerepage.
Where buyer requests to return items claiming misinterpretation / misconception of item condition or state, Jerepage may at its sole discretion, accept the return as a resale item in which case the buyer becomes the seller and transaction shall be subject to Jerepage/ Seller consignment terms and condition.
With the exception of items listed/described as High Sale Items*,**Luxury items are eligible for returns provided that buyer is returning solely on grounds of brand authenticity dispute with valid proof of claim****. This is the only eligible grounds for Item returns.
Items which do not qualify for returns are however eligible for resale consideration in which case, the buyer becomes the seller and subject to the Jerepage/ Seller Consignment terms and conditions. Click here to learn more about selling your items with Jerepage.
Summary of eligible returns:
- Luxury items not marked as high sale items
- Claim for return must be for authenticity dispute only. Items once sold cannot be returned for any other reason.
- Valid proof of dispute**** – which must be verifiable by Jerepage
RETURNS FOR BRAND AUTHENTICITY DISPUTE WITH VALID PROOF OF DISPUTE****
Returns for brand authenticity dispute must be requested (see process below) within 14 days of dispatch notification and returned items must be received within 21 days of dispatch notification date. Items must be received in purchased and packaged condition with the Jerepage security tag and label intact and undamaged. Items received after 21 days or not returned in purchased condition and packaging with the security tag and label missing or damaged will be rejected and will not be refunded and seller will bear ‘return to sender’ cost if applicable.
Rejected return Items are however eligible for resale consideration and where item qualifies and buyer chooses that option, the buyer becomes the seller and subject to the Jerepage/ Seller Consignment terms and conditions. Click here to learn more about selling your items with Jerepage.
RETURNS ON FURNITURE & OVERSIZED ITEMS FOR RESALE
For all eligible returns (items marked TOP BRAND) on furniture and oversized items including rugs and lamps, please contact [email protected] within 5 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return; however, Jerepage will help to facilitate the return through its moving partners at the customer’s request.

*** All items (luxury and non luxury) sold at 40% or more off the list price, and items sold in our final sale cannot be returned.
**** Buyer shall provide verifiable evidence of failed authenticity verification to enable Jerepage review and respond. Where claim cannot be established, Jerepage may: reject the refund request; or, provided all other terms and conditions for eligibility are met, exercise its discretion to refund the payment; or accept the items for resale subject to jerepage/ Seller terms and conditions.
TO REQUEST A RETURN ONLINE:
- Go to My Order in My Account, and simply click on the order number that contains the item(s) that you would like to return.
- From the Order Summary, click Return for the item(s) that you would like to return, then follow the process to fill out all necessary information associated with your return. Once this is complete, you will see a confirmation screen with your RFN (Return Reference Number).
- If your item qualifies for return, you will receive a return request confirmation email with a summary of your request, instructions for sending your return and a prepaid shipping label which you can use, for an advised fee. Once you receive your confirmation email, please follow the instructions provided to complete your return.

We appreciate the need to provide our clients with the right and option to return purchase products. However, we reserve the right to restrict or refuse access to Jerepage site where we determine at our sole discretion that buyer is returning an unreasonable number of purchases or on suspicion of fraudulent actions or intentional/ negligent misrepresentation or buyer is not making payment for an unreasonable number of won bids to indicate lack of genuine intention to trade.
Where your returned item qualifies for refund, you will receive an email once your returned item has been received. You can track the status of your return by referring to My Orders in My Account. Once completed and where applicable, the evidence you provided to dispute item authenticity is reviewed and validated by Jerepage, we will refund you for your purchase via payment into your registered account. Please allow up to 2 (two) weeks for review, re-authentication and response/payment.
Please note, credit card refunds may take up to five to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers.
Orders can be cancelled at any time before receipt of order confirmation after which orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us directly at [email protected] we will send a mail to confirm cancellation. Please note that items in our High sale will not be eligible for cancellation once order is confirmed All other items are not eligible for cancellation once dispatched,
DECLARATION OF CONDITION AND DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT
The knowledge of Jerepage in relation to each product is partially dependent on information provided to us by the Seller, and Jerepage is not able to and does not carry out exhaustive due diligence on each product. We shall exercise reasonable care when making express statements in descriptions or condition of services and products as is consistent with our role as intermediary platform for the sale. Representation or statement made by Jerepage, is a statement made in light of (i) the information provided to us by the Seller, (ii) scholarship and technical knowledge and (iii) the generally accepted opinions of relevant experts, in each case at the time any such express statement is made.
Prospective purchasers should note that descriptions of product are not warranties and that each product is sold “as is”. Such information is given for guidance only and the absence of such a reference does not imply that a work is free from latent defects which may not be visible for detection at the time of sale.
PACKING AND SHIPPING
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and fees. Jerepage will at the Buyer’s expense, either provide packing, handling, insurance and shipping services or coordinate with shipping agents instructed by the buyer in order to facilitate such services for product purchased from Jerepage. As a courtesy to Buyers, Jerepage will, without charge, wrap purchased items for hand carry only. Any such instruction, whether or not made at our recommendation, is entirely at the Buyer’s risk and responsibility and we will not be liable for acts or omissions of third party packers or shippers. Jerepage will require presentation of government issued identification prior to release of a piece to the purchaser or the purchaser’s authorized representative.
Purchases are subject to Value Added Tax. Other taxes may apply in some jurisdictions. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ascertain and pay all taxes due to be paid directly by them. Buyers claiming exemption from sales tax must have the appropriate documentation on file with Jerepage prior to the release of the product.
