BUYER FAQ

Luxury items are all items MARKED AS (TOP BRAND)

Non Luxury items are all items NOT MARKED AS (TOP BRAND)

High Sale items: All items (luxury and non luxury) sold at 40% or more off the sale price, and items sold in our final sale cannot be returned for any reason.

Jerepage reserves the right to categorize items based on brand and original retail value. Sellers will be informed following items inspection, if their items qualify as Luxury item.

With the exception of items listed/described as High Sale Items*,**Luxury items are eligible for returns provided that buyer is returning solely on grounds of brand authenticity dispute with valid proof of claim****. This is the only eligible grounds for Item returns.

Items which do not qualify for returns are however eligible for resale consideration in which case, the buyer becomes the seller and subject to the Jerepage/ Seller Consignment terms and conditions. Click here to learn more about selling your items with  Jerepage.

Jerepage operates a NO REFUND policy for all Non luxury items.

Items sold can only be returned for resale via Jerepage sale platform in which case the buyer becomes the seller and transaction shall be subject to Seller/ Jerepage Consignment terms and condition. Click here to learn more about selling your items with  Jerepage.

Where buyer requests to return items claiming misinterpretation / misconception of item condition or state, Jerepage may at its sole discretion, accept the return as a resale item in which case the buyer becomes the seller and transaction shall be subject to Jerepage/ Seller consignment terms and condition.

Jerepage is committed to Buyer satisfaction and our business thrives on Trust and Quality Assurance. Our Seller/ Jerepage Consignment Agreement mandate both parties to deliver the exact product as displayed and purchased on Jerepage website. Breach of this term will entitle Buyer to request a refund and make the defaulting party liable to associated cost which includes, refund and or compensation to the Buyer.

Where your returned item qualifies for refund, you will receive an email once your returned item has been received. You can track the status of your return by referring to My Orders in My Account. Once completed and where applicable, the evidence you provided to dispute item authenticity is reviewed and validated by Jerepage, we will refund you for your purchase via payment into your registered account. Please allow up to 2 (two) weeks for review, re-authentication and response/payment.

Please note, credit card refunds may take up to five to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers.
